Johaer is a founder of VOID Ltd., with 7+ years of experience across architectural visualization, spatial design, and remote production for international clients.
Before founding VOID, he worked as a Junior Architect at A+AA Architects and as faculty at AAVA 3D, training architects in advanced Rhino and Lumion workflows.
At VOID, he leads the full technical pipeline from BIM coordination to photorealistic CGI and stakeholder-ready presentations. His toolkit covers Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, D5 Render, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, with additional capability in environmental simulation via Ladybug and Honeybee.
VOID was built on one conviction: design-led practices shouldn’t have to choose between quality and capacity — and every project is handled by architects who speak the language of design, not just the software.
Nilufa is a trained architect and Co-Founder of VOID Ltd., holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Khulna University. Since joining VOID in 2021, she has delivered 120+ projects for 80+ clients across residential and commercial typologies, and trained 250+ students in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Rhinoceros 3D.
Beyond production work, she has served as a workshop instructor at Khulna University — leading a day-long session on Parametric Modeling with Rhino for third-year architecture students. Her toolkit covers Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Her work has earned a 4th Place in the KDA World Habitat Day Poster Competition (2024), and an Honourable Mention at the UN-Habitat My Urban Vision Digital Art Competition (2024).
